(Woodbridge)- A man is being held without bond for driving under the influence and his role in a fatal pedestrian crash. Police say that a 45-year-old man and his dog were hit by a car while they were walking on a Woodbridge sidewalk late Saturday night. He then proceeded to slam into a utility pole. Police arrived and quickly arrested the driver. The 40-year-old man faces several charges.
