(Spotsylvania)- A family loses four pets in a fire in Spotsylvania County. The flames broke out at a home on Tranquility Court. No one was inside at the time, but three dogs and a bird died in the blaze. It’s believed the fire stated in the kitchen. The home is currently uninhabitable.
