(Richmond)- Virginia’s unemployment rate remains under three-percent. The Department of Labor said yesterday that the state stood at two-point-eight percent in January, which is where the number has been for half-a-year. The national unemployment rate stands at four-percent. Over 40-thousand jobs have been added in Virginia over the past year.
