The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) Greater Fredericksburg Out of the Darkness is a community walk to bring our community together and raise awareness for suicide prevention and advocacy. The walk brings mental health into the spotlight in our community and helps our community recognize the signs and expand the support and resources available for suicide prevention.
