We’re excited to announce our upcoming Senior Café Open House in King George on Friday, March 27th! We’ll be providing snacks and refreshments, host an information table to learn more about the Senior Cafe program, and lead a hands-on craft for attendees to enjoy. We look forward to seeing you there!

Healthy Generations operates four Senior Cafés across the region—in Stafford, Caroline, Spotsylvania/Fredericksburg, and King George. Each café provides adults aged 60 and older, who are fully independent, with a friendly place to connect with others, enjoy a nutritious meal, and participate in a variety of activities, including crafts, exercise programs, and more.
