(Chesterfield)- The LEGO Group says its plan has been delayed for the manufacturing site in Chesterfield County. When the LEGO Group introduced its plans to break grounds on a 340-acre site in Chester, it aimed for operations to begin in 2025. Lego officials say there will be a delay in construction of the factory that was previously expected to begin later this year. Full production is estimated to start in 2027.
