(Richmond)- Governor Youngkin thinks that it’s time to have school resource officers in all Virginia schools. He spoke on his vision earlier this week stating that all schools should have the resources they need to keep young people safe. Lawmakers recently approved the state budget that would provide funding for school resource officers.
