(Richmond)- Thousands of Virginians are now at risk of having their electricity turned off. It goes for Dominion Energy customers that are behind by at least 60-days with their payments. Anyone who has received utility assistance, active on WIC or other state assistance programs will be given another grace period until next March. Disconnections were previously on hold during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
