More Virginians Head Back to Work

(Richmond)- Virginia’s unemployment rate is the lowest in the mid-Atlantic. That’s according to Governor Northam and newly released data that shows the state’s unemployment rate fell to three-point-six-percent last month. It equals out to being two-point-five-percentage points lower than October 2020 but also one-percent lower than the national rate. Virginia’s unemployment rate has declined for 17-consecutive months.
