(Richmond)- The Virginia Department of Transportation will pause deactivations with E-Z Pass accounts. This will be a temporary move. On a normal basis, E-Z Pass users are told to return their devices if they have not been used. Officials say that the pause is for six months due to the coronavirus pandemic.
