(Fairfax)- One teenager went from a joy ride to jail after a police chase in Fairfax County early yesterday. State Police say they saw three vehicles appearing to set up a drag race on I-95 near Telegraph Road. They pulled up behind one of the vehicles, but a Subaru pulled off and reached speeds over 130 miles-per-hour before being stopped by the police. Three other passengers were inside of the car at the time, and a 17-year-old was arrested. The teen faces charges that include driving without a license and drag racing.
