(Richmond)- Full-time classroom learning is in the near future for more central Virginia students. Goochland County approved a plan this week to allow kindergarten through 5th graders back five-days-a-week beginning Monday. Remaining grades will start phasing back in November 2nd and 9th. Powhatan County also decided this week to allow more kids to start coming back full-time, with the return of 4th and 5th graders on November 4th.
