(DC)- Children’s National Hospital Foundation is deciding what it will do with three D.C. apartment buildings it acquired from the Edna Shelton estate. The gift of the three buildings was not the first from the Shelton estate. In 2017, Shelton helped the Foundation create the Fund for Every Child initiative which ensures that every child can receive exceptional care regardless of insurance or the ability to pay.
