(Lynchburg)- Liberty University is reopening their campus during the coronavirus outbreak. Students returned from spring break on Monday to online instruction and the dorm rooms were open to students who decided to come back to the campus. Governor Northam expressed his concerns with University President Jerry Falwell Jr. and says the school is expected to follow the executive order of no gatherings of more than ten people. Campus officials say the main reason the university remained open was for international students who are unable to return home.
