(Richmond)- An old Dominion Energy building in downtown Richmond is coming down soon. The 21-story One James River Plaza tower will be imploded on May 30th. The 42-year-old building was replaced by a new 20-story building on East Canal Street last fall. It’s still possible Dominion could construct another new tower.
