Spotsy Mother Charged After Meth Found In Infant

(Spotsylvania)- A mother in Spotsylvania is facing felony charges after meth was found in the body of her four-month-old infant who died back in June 2019.  Lurissa Keyes is charged with two counts of felony child neglect and felony child endangerment.  On June 30th 2019, authorities responded to the 400-block of Albany Street for calls of an unresponsive baby girl.  The child was taken to the hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
