(NoVA)- The housing market around the Crystal City area is feeling the Amazon effect. Data analyst Bright MLS is reporting the median asking price for the 22202 zip code rose nearly 100-percent over the past year. Despite that fact, not as many homes are on the market as there were before Amazon announced its Second Headquarters was coming to the region. The average list price is currently around one-point-six-million-dollars.
