(Undated)- Two Virginia counties are considered to be some of the happiest in the country in a recent study. Financial technology company SmartAsset released findings on Tuesday that rank Loudoun County as the second-happiest in the U.S. Fairfax wasn’t far behind in a tie for fifth. The company weighed metrics like unemployment rate, life expectancy and affordability ratio to compare 980 of the nation’s largest counties.
