Report: Virginia Is Worst State For Distracted Driving

(Richmond)- A road analytics company is calling Virginia the state with the most distracted drivers. A report released by Zendrive shows that distracted driving went up in every state from 2018 to 2019. The amount of time people spent using their phones while driving in Virginia rose from six-percent to nearly nine-and-a-half-percent, which is worst in the nation.
