(Fredericksburg)- A woman is charged with homicide in the death of her friend who overdosed on drugs. Nicole Coon is accused of selling Dynasty Anderson of Fredericksburg the heroin last May that ultimately killed her. Coon was served with a felony indictment this week. She’s facing homicide, drug possession, distribution and child abuse charges.
