(Dulles)- Dulles Toll Road riders can expect higher rates in 2019. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Board of Directors voted Wednesday to raise rates for the main toll plaza. Rates will go from two-dollars-and-50-cents to three-25 and ramps will go from one-buck to a-buck-50 beginning in January. Officials say the toll increase is primarily necessary for financing Phase two of the Silver Line construction project.
