(Louisa)- A Louisa teen is dead after a head-on crash in Louisa County. State Police say yesterday 19-year-old Mary Elizabeth Carter crossed into incoming Route 605 traffic and hit another car. The driver of the other car, 67-year-old Langston Quarles, was taken to the hospital for serious injuries. Police say Carter wasn’t wearing her seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
