(Richmond)- Early voting will get underway on Friday for this year’s general election. The state Department of Elections says residents will go to their local registration office to vote once early, in-person voting starts. This year’s ballot will includes governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general and house of delegates. The last day to vote early in-person is October 30th.
