(Richmond)- Virginia has launched a new program to get people back to work. It’s called the ‘Return to Earn Grant Program’ and will match payments from certain small businesses to help encourage people to begin working again. This program will directly help the small businesses with less than a-hundred employees. The bonuses will be worth up to a-thousand-dollars.
