VCU Launching Clinic For Chronic COVID Symptoms

(Richmond)-  A new type of COVID-19 clinic is set to open in Virginia.  VCU Health has announced the launch of its clinic for patients with chronic symptoms, which is the first of its kind in the state.  It will be open to VCU Health patients who tested positive for coronavirus and have had symptoms for more than 12 weeks since then.  The clinic will also treat patients who have had issues unrelated to the virus stemming from lung damage, chronic cough and more.  Officials say it will open in Richmond on VCU Health’s Stony Point Campus.
