(Richmond)- People are being offered an incentive for donating blood in Virginia. The Red Cross will give donors a free COVID-19 antibody test in return. Officials say it’s a win-win since people will find out if they have been exposed to the virus. The offer is expected to last throughout the summer and details are available on the Red Cross website.
