Most Of Virginia Moves Into Phase Two Today

(Richmond)- Most of Virginia will move into phase two of reopening today. Restaurants will be allowed to have indoor dining with 50-percent capacity, and gyms may reopen with only 30-percent capacity. Gatherings of up to 50 people are allowed. The Governor said Northern Virginia and Richmond will remain in phase one, and he did not say when they would move to phase two. The Northern Virginia region includes Loudoun, Fairfax, Arlington, Prince William, and Alexandria that have over 22-thousand of the state’s 47-thousand coronavirus cases.
