(Richmond)- E-Z Pass sales are increasing in Virginia. VDOT says they are working to make all tolls cashless in an effort to promote social distancing and toll workers are wearing gloves in the meantime. State officials say E-Z Pass start up fees will decrease from 35-dollars to 20-dollars in the coming days. Governor Northam is reminding Virginians that everyone will have to make changes to their normal lives as we deal with the coronavirus pandemic.
