(Richmond)- The Democrat-led Senate is moving forward with the so-called “red flag” law. Senate Bill 240 would allow authorities to take guns away from people deemed dangerous to themselves or others. State senators advanced the legislation yesterday — a day after thousands of gun-rights activists gathered at the Capitol in protest of stricter gun laws.
