(Winchester)- Governor Northam continues to say he wasn’t in a racist yearbook photo. Independent investigators hired by Eastern Virginia Medical School said this week they couldn’t confirm the identity of the individuals in the offensive photo from Northam’s 1984 medical school yearbook. The governor says he thought it was a thorough investigation.
