(Woodbridge)- Police in Woodbridge are searching for a suspect who stole a car with a child inside. The incident happened Saturday afternoon near the old Plaza Station on Jefferson Davis Highway. Police say a woman left her sleeping two-year-old in the backseat of her Toyota SUV while she quickly went into a store. Shortly after, the woman watched someone driving away in her vehicle. Patrol officers in the area were able to recover the SUV and the child after it was stolen. The baby was found without any injuries. Anyone with information should call police right away.
