(Richmond)-   Governor Northam wants to put big money into schools. He announced yesterday that he’s planning to propose amendments to add more than 250-million-dollars into K-12 public school education. This includes pay raises for teachers and an 80-million-dollar deposit into Virginia’s Literary Fund. Northam says he’s confident the funding will be approved after the General Assembly reconvenes in January.
