Congressman Accused Of Asking Staff To Run Errands

(DC)- A Virginia congressman who’s soon set to leave office is being accused of having his staff run personal errands. A report released by the Office of Congressional Ethics yesterday details instances when Tom Garrett asked a staffer to go shopping, walk the dog or change the oil in his car. The congressman won’t be returning to office next year after he announced his struggle with alcoholism in May.
