(Spotsylvania)- The Rappahannock YMCA Bright Beginnings program came to Spotsylvania over the weekend. Kids were given $100 to shop for school clothes and they received lunch at the Southpoint Walmart. When they got back to the Y on Saturday afternoon, book bags full of supplies were waiting for each one.
